How long will it take to receive my order?
Depending on the item, it can take up to 3 business days to fulfill your order. We ship from warehouses primarily in the US and some overseas so estimated shipping time varies depending on the location of delivery.
You will receive notifications including a confirmation email once your order is submitted and a shipping notification email including the tracking number, which will allow you to track your shipment.
How do I track my shipment?
Once we have shipped out your package, you will receive an email with a tracking number (do not forget to check your spam emails).

Do you have physical stores?
Apricate Apparel is an online store, we do not have physical locations at this time.
How do I know if what I buy will fit me?

Which carriers do you use to ship your products?
We use several shipping carriers. A carrier will be assigned depending on the shipping address on your order. These carriers may include: Canada post, Fedex, UPS & USPS.
What do I do if I am missing an item?
If you received your package and you are missing an item, you must let us know within 3 days of receipt of the package. You will also need to send us a copy of the packing slip. Once received, we will investigate further and make arrangements to ship you a replacement.
